Had Exede install service on a new house, the technition they sent to do the install, put the receiver almost touching the electrical weatherhead. We called immediately to have it moved . we were told it would cost us $ 110 service call to put it in a different spot. Customer service is a lost art but this company takes it to new lows they are the worst. They dont provide you with what you pay for ever but how clever are they they dont bill you have to use credit card auto pay because they know they suck and people wouldn't pay. Read the reviews its screaming class action lawsuit here people!!!

When I called and ordered exede internet I was told at least twice that it would be unlimited internet. So I got it installed a couple days later. I told the guy how much we were in the internet so he set me up with a perfect plan, so he says. We had it installed, which was very late in the evening when he finally got here. I have had Exede since December of 2014 and other than a few times it's gone down and acted funky it's been great. Yes, it's more expensive and I don't like that it's not unlimited like I was used to but I pay the 116 a month and it's worth it to me since I work from home and I have to have reliable internet. I use remote systems and they all work fine. When I moved to my area I wanted to keep Qwest but they still run through the phone lines... Read more

Exede pretty much sucks. Terrible customer service. They choose to let you pay for a service call on their own equipment. I would rather burn it. No Internet now. Doing this from my phone. I have no Internet and I am in the free hours from 12am to 5am. Do not get Exede. Read more

I bought a house approximately six miles from where I was living when I entered into a contract with Excede for Internet. The package that I had was great and I was happy with it. I had unlimited data usage up to an amount I can't remember because we never came close to using it. Now, since I am moving they are forcing me to change plans to their so called "Liberty" plans. I can get the same data for the same price from my cell phone... Read more

I feel like I've fallen prey to a bait and switch. Horrible service. False data consumption posting. Zero customer service. Dont be fooled! This company has gone over its customer capacity. Speeds are well below advertised claims. No resolution. I've wasted an insane amount of money. Huge regrets!

i have been lied to and i got the service and not a day later i said i dont want this service i have been threatened with 15/ month to cancel. and im bot paying that and i dont want tbis service either! done im reporring to bbb. and getting a lawyer! Read more

We signed up for the advertised 25mps service less than two weeks ago. From day one, our Internet service was terrible. We called to cancel immediately but we're threatened with a 15/MONTH cancellation fee for our 24 month contract as well as other fees IF we did not give them an opportunity to send a technician out to rectify the problem. We opted to have a technician come out because we would rather our service work than have to cancel.... Read more
