Been a customer with this company for over 3 years. I had three different accounts, cost me over $500 per month for 30Gigs on each account. Went to put it on vacation mode. Told that it would cost me $60 per month to not use their services plus another $540 for the seventh month I would be gone. So close to $1000 not to use their services. I decided to cancel. Totally misleading and a bunch of fools when you get on the phone with them....! I can be in the next room of our home and the signal jumps all over the place....when you talk to them about it , its always some *** like...." your grass is to tall " or " the wind is blowing" and " the sun is shining"..... america is becoming the land of the lying *** companies that hook your *** with two year contracts.....and you can pay $15 dollars a month for... This is the worst Internet service!! Don't sign up. They claimed we used 10gb during the first 24 hours after service was connected. Don't worry they said you'll have liberty service. That's a joke. I just signed up to pay $60 a month to have Internet service that works one day out of the month. Don't try canceling because you're under a contract

Horrible service. Customer service SUCKS! I love Direct Tv! But I do not like Exede. They put a extra hole in my wall. Took 2 months for the to fix it. Then tech left black prints on my wall!

had their service for 15 days. out of those 15 days we did not have service for 8 of them. when I called to cancel the service I was told that if I cancelled it would be a $300.00 cancellation fee and that I had gone over my data so there would be an extra charge. I was further told that I had to file a complaint online so they could review my case, I have yet to be able to find the complaint form or I number I can use to call the corporate... Read more

I don't even know where to begin: 1. Missed my initial installation appointment without even the courtesy of a phone call when I had taken a day of vacation. 2. Promised me a gift card and a free month of service for the inconvenience which I never received. 3. Called my salesman to disconnect wishing my 30 days as promised if I wasn't happy and got a response that they would no longer do that. 4. I had such terrible internet experience... Read more

BEWARE! DO NOT USE !! THEY LIE, POOR POOR POOR SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST !! CAUTION !! They are the most difficult company to deal with poorest customer service I have ever seen. My service was installed on May 23rd. I had called Direct TV for the bundle. My first issue came the day of installation. My bundle was to be $99. Tv portion was $50. So I assumed the internet was the other $99. No, the internet was $69. $20 more than I agreed to. They fixed that by changing my plan to a lesser plan. The install tech informed me that the $199 I paid for my equipment did not include a wireless router. That was an additional $50.... Read more

Worst customer service, unprofessional. No one tried to persuade me to continue with them, when I call I'm left on hold or it rings continuously until it hangs up. My account was charged a ridiculous amount after 2 weeks of the worst internet service I've ever had. All i want is for someone to try and offer me a solution in a professional manner. Exed

I'm in mountains of Colorado. Excede was only service available with 10Gig speed... My service is so slow, Speed test times out.. called Tech support many times and always get the story that bad weather, or too many neighbors using internet at same time, etc etc...
