Lousy service ,it adds up to days per month with no internet. They don't want to hear about their screw ups. Last month they said our bank wouldn't pay from our account. They said the credit card had expired.We went to the bank and checked ,the money was in there and the payment could have been made. Same story again this month. My son had just turned 18 and has always had frontier for internet was not familiar with how satellite internet works and after 7 days of using it realized that it was totally misrepresented to him thru the sales team he asked to pay his bill and cancel due to the service not working the way it should. I should have read all the reviews about this company. They want my 72 year old Vietnam Veterin father to climb on our roof to return their equipment that DOESNT WORK. That and a $350 cancellation fee for internet and TV that we cant even use because it doesnt work. Be aware that you will have to climb onto your roof and remove parts of the satellite if you want to quit this overpriced, dishonest company. Terrible experience overall - and reps are not honest - I was told to keep my my modem on a "vacation" plan when I wouldn't be using service - and charged me a monthly fee without telling me they would do that. Shame on you Exede for locking people into TWO years of your crappie ..sloooow, intermittent, expensive internet! Poor way to do business in Hawaii! Read your reviews and try to listen to what people are saying about Exede. Don't be greedy.... Let people out of their contracts when your internet doesn't work in their area! The worst company ever I spoke to a rep and I told them what I use on data by the second day I had used my data, tried to cancel before the 30 days and they said I couldn't and now I'm stuck with $300 term fees, I do not recommend this company don't waste your money or credit check they are fake and a unknown company like Comcast, I will report it to the better business bureau to report the fake company and the unprofessional staff ( manager) .... Service NEVER worked right. Now they are threatening me with legal action and screwing up my credit if I don't pay them for another year and a half for nothing. Its out and out stealing. According to customer service, you can only disconnect on the day you call the company. They will not take an order a few days in advance. (What, they are not smart enough to note a calendar and plan in advance?) Then you have to send back the modem and the transceiver from the antenna. I am OK with that, but I am 75 & can't climb up on the roof, so they want to charge $100 for a 5 minute job. I have never been so happy to quit doing business... Read more

Bait and switch. Promised the 150 gig plan for $99 per month and ended up with 15 gig for $86 after paying over $500 for installation and equipment lease. Service doesn't even work! They siphon data off the modem and tell you it is your fault. This company needs a huge class action suit to get them acting right.

We had internet service and was using their modem , Our wifi quit working so we called them and they ran some diagnostics and said they needed to send a technician to our home at a charge to us of 100.00 , We said why should we have to pay for fixing your modem So we cancelled our contract with them and paid our remaining fee and they sent a box and we sent modem back . Now we are getting a bill for 213.00 because we sent a broke modem back ! ... Read more
