How is it I'm responsible for paying for a replacement modem that is overheating? I don't own the equipment, I rent it from them.

i have done nothing to cause this problem. I was told I had to change modems when I upgraded my package a few months ago. Since the upgrade I have had a technician out 3 times for connectivity issues with no resolution.

The last call to support is blaming it on network "congestion." I am in a rural area, at 2am i don't believe it's a "peak" usage time and this doesn't negate a too hot to touch modem. I can't find corporate contact information to seek resolution and I'm not asking for anything in excess of what I'm paying for, working internet service, with equipment that works.

Reason of review: Service Problems and Defective Modem.

Preferred solution: Fix my connectivity problems at no charge. Techs have been out many times to fix and failed to do so. Lose service several times most days. Modem gets extremely hot..
