I am open to speaking with an attorney. Exede is now Viasat/exede.

They charged me for equipment I returned. They also charged me a few extra months of service after I asked them to cancel. I disputed it with my credit card company but I can't proved I returned the equipment because I sent it back in the box they sent me. Imagine Viasat/Exede doing the same thing to just a million of their customers and do the math.

They couldn't care less about a class action lawsuit. Their actuaries tell them it's cheaper to get sued. Consider the 3 billion dollar fine the EU levied against Google. Googl;e has over 100 billion in reserves.

Now tell me, what's in your wallet?

Viasat/Exede needs a fine such as the EU levied against Googl;e. Until then, it is the almighty buck that governs.

When I returned my equipment I was told by the UPS agent to photograph the box and the label to prove that I was sending the equipment back. They said that Excede doesn't recognize that your equipment has happened been returned and they charge you the replacement cost, around $300.
