We have had Excede for many years and not been happy with it, but in the area we live in there were no other choices. I have the same complaint as most users do, that after a short period of time the data is gone.
We never stream, in fact my children taking college classes have to go to Starbucks to do their homework and watch videos. I've always know this was a flawed internet system, but now that we are using Verizon and have canceled Exede, it is showing we are using about 1/4 of the data as Excede said we were using. Anyway, I canceled service the morning that the new billing cycle started and had already been charged. The customer service associate said they would credit me the amount $93.
10 days later and still no credit. I called and they said it had been denied.
They would not connect me to a supervisor, said someone would call tomorrow. Worst customer service and product ever.
