Here is the letter that i sent to escalations after calling corporate. Hi, Thank you for your time and I hope you are well today.

I am contacting you in regards to my wife and my Exede satellite account. To find the account look for phone#. Please read the notes you see there made by the various agents I have contacted. I am reaching out today because all other attempts to resolve our issue have failed including following the request by the FCC to contact your corporate hq @7604762200.

I was in the process of filing a compliant with the BBB when I was given this email address. The issue is once we have used our 12 gigs of "prioritie data" our speeds dip below the advertised "1mbps to 5mbps" we were promised on your website (see screenshot attachment ).I have attached several speed test results from various times to reflect the speeds I experienced during my discussions with your agents. I have been told over and over again that I am past my priority data and thus I cannot be helped. I feel cheated that I pay soo much for this service but matter soo little.

FCC guidelines are being violated by Exede and I seek a resolution before going to the troublesome and lengthy measures of causing concern with a government authority. Please review my account and the attachments and contact me via email or by phone Your customer,
