VIASAT/Exede SUCKS! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I CALLED TO FIND OUT IF THEY HAD UNLIMITED SERVICE, SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO DO A SECOND JOB OF MANAGING DATE USAGE. SHE SAID YES, AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $80, (AND IT SNEAKED UP TO CLOSER TO $90) ONE NIGHT, I WONDERED WHY IT WAS BARELY WORKING, SO I CALLED IN.
THE PEOPLE ARE NICE ON A WHOLE, BUT A GUY NAMED JAY HUNG UP ON ME 4 TIMES! I SPOKE WITH A WOMAN WHO TOLD ME THEY WERE WORKING ON PROBLEMS IN MY AREA, AND THEY WOULD BE RESOLVED IN 2 HOURS (PROBABLY AFTER HER SHIFT ENDED). THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED THE NEXT DAY, SO I CALLED BACK IN. I WAS TOLD THAT MY UNLIMITED PACKAGE HAD LIMITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????????????????????
DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH? THAT IS BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!!!! I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE A LIMIT, AND I PAY $90 A MONTH, AND YET THERE I WAS A WEEK UNTIL THE END OF THE CYCLE, WAITING BEHIND OTHER PEOPLE TO USE THE INTERNET FIRST!! THE LIES, THE MISLEADING, THE BAIT AND SWITCH, AND THE *** SERVICE!
I GET SPOTTY INTERNET, IF I WAIT UNTIL MIDNIGHT! ACCORDING TO VIASCUM, I AM A SECOND CLASS CUSTOMER! YEAH, THEY "REALLY APPRECIATE" THEIR CUSTOMERS!
A TERRIBLE COMPANY JOINED ANOTHER TERRIBLE COMPANY TO BECOME ON BIG *** COMPANY! "GREAT!"
