We have had wildblue since 2005....never had a problem but ever since they went to this new platform it has been one nightmare after another!We have to call them every single week because we cannot get our e-mail or there is no service!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! You cannot understand them unless you manage to get someone from the states and I have to tell them to shut up and listen to me!
You may as well plan on being on the phone with them for at least 30 minutes to get anywhere.We are currently look for another provider!
