So many different issues....one main issue was they have no direct interaction with installation contractors.They can only send emails that don't get responded to even when they put urgent.

First attempt at install, no show after I called and confirmed in the morning. Told later no appointment was sent. Second attempt, cancelled after taking off work to drive 1 1/2 hours to get there to have them cancel again. Customer service couldn't do anything but say sorry.

Other problems, didn't know about equipment charge, each customer service gives you different info, promised 3 month free service because of problems, confirmed with another now no record of it tried to get transfer to someone besides supervisor and was told I couldn't talk to them.

Asked to talk to corporate and was told they don't have direct lines to them that they would send email but didn't think they would ever call me.This company has NO concept of what customer service is.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to offer any options to resolve the issue. The author is overall dissatisfied with Exede. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
